1) Entry is open to all Australian residents who are not employees or direct family members of employees, or sales agents and their direct family members of Krites Pty Ltd (“Krites”).
2) You can enter by logging onto http://www.aztecrose.com.au/mailinglist, filling in all the mandatory details and answering in 25 words or less a skill based question. By clicking “subscribe” you finalise your entry.
3) By clicking subscribe to this competition on our website, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age. If you are not yet 18 years of age you have your guardian’s/parent’s approval/permission to enter into this competition.
4) The monthly competition opens at 9am, Friday 22nd December 2010 and ends midnight, Wednesday 30th June 2010 Eastern Standard Time.
5) Entry is free.
6) There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.
7) The monthly winner will be chosen by Krites’s general manager and marketing manager. at the company’s offices, details of which are listed in the contact section of this website.
8) The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9) This is a skill based competition and chance plays no part in determining the monthly winner. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality.
10) A monthly winner will be chosen on the 1st Monday of every month at 4pm. The winner will be notified by email by the 2nd Monday of every month. The winner must notify Krites of their postal address via reply email. The winner’s first name, first letter of their surname and suburb will be listed on our website.
11) The prize is a selection of clothing from Aztec Rose up to the value of $100 at recommended retail price points. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
12) The prize may consist of any item of Aztec Rose clothing. There is no guarantee that any particular size or style will be available. Styles and sizes are subject to stock availability and timing.
13) The prize is final, no returns or exchanges are permitted.
14) Prizes will be sent to each monthly winner to the address provided to Krites by the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that your address is current at all times. Each prize will be mailed to the winner via registered post to the address provided to Krites.
15) By registering for this competition, you agree to receive offers, promotions and information only from Krites Pty Ltd and its related and associated companies. Your personal details will not be used for any other purpose and we are bound by the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998 (NSW), the Freedom of Information Act 1989 and the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
16) In the case of the intervention of any outside act or event which prevents or significantly hinders Krites’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, Krites may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition. Krites will not be liable for any loss or claim that may occur as a result of the participant’s entry into the competition.
17) These conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the entry and the conduct of the competition. Krites reserves the right to amend these terms of participation at any time. All updates to these Terms will be posted on www.krites.com/aztec-rose/subscribecomptermsandconditions.
